Crisis in the Congo

I have started to watch documentaries whilst in the studio on many topics i have been wanting to learn more about. One of which is the CONGO. I have flipped over articles briefly without really gaining a full understanding of what is going on there - this documentary is quite insightful into the conflict and to the reasons why not much is being done to help the people...

Be warned, you have to be in the mood for this - however, education on this region of Africa should shared...

Rökkurró - Sólin mun skína

I recently spent 10 days in Iceland and 1 of them spent in a little grungy music store in Reykjavik. After explaining my folk-indie-tranquil musical taste, the guy suggested I listen to this band - Rokkurra. I have no idea what they are singing about, but this video really does showcase their beautiful talent and the landscape of Iceland. Just beautiful...

I am breathless just watching...
